Maggie on motherhood:
"Being a mom is cool! It’s a lot of work, esp. in the beginning, but you really have so much love for this gorgeous little being that’s a part of you. And that’s freaky and amazing all at the same time. It’s a huge transition, though, going from thinking only about yourself (either as an independent woman or as part of a couple) to having to think and take care of this other person 24/7. But it’s also a very sweet feeling, having your own baby. In a few months, though, I definitely need to start figuring out how to balance my life as an artist with motherhood. I think that’s probably the most challenging. For now, though, I’m just enjoying being a new mom to my beautiful baby."
